Frequently Asked Questions
-
- Forget the Series numbers for a second.
- Take off your watch and flip it over. Look at the fine print engraved around the heart rate sensor on the back.
- You’ll see a number ending in "mm", and that is your case size.
-
Find your "mm" number below:
- Select "38/40/41/42mm (Small)" If your watch says: 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, or the new Series 10 (42mm).
- Select "42/44/45/46/49mm (Large)" If your watch says: 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, 49mm (Ultra), or the Classic Series 1-3 (42mm).
If you have a 42mm watch, this is the only tricky part.
- If you have the newest Series 10 (42mm), it’s a "Small" size.
- If you have an older model (Series 1, 2, or 3) that says 42mm, it’s a "Large" size.
